OUR SERVICES
Some organizations help job-seekers dress for success and/or with resume skills, but then don’t have access to job opportunities. Others offer access to work opportunities but don’t provide skill-building, either job-related or job seeking related. Some focus on providing language skills but not access to employment.
These organizations need help developing collective strategic plans that would allow a group of them with complementary missions to access adequate funding for success and to implement integrated solutions.
Alternatives: A Program for Youth works to build trust and collaboration among these non-profits using a shared power model, resulting in holistic, creative and measurable approaches to funding and implementation.
